Free Blackjack Online Card Game

Blackjack online card game is played using four regular decks of 52 cards. The cards are shuffled before the beginning of each online Blackjack game. Number cards, 2 to 10, are counted at face value. Face cards, kings, queens and jacks, are valued at 10 and aces are valued at either 1 or 11. There is no ranking difference between the 4 suits.

How to Play Free Blackjack Online Card Game

On commencing the Blackjack card game, the dealer deals out two cards to each player face up and two cards for himself with one of them exposed. The dealer verifies the unexposed card if the initial card has a value of 10, J, Q or K. A player can opt for an extra card by clicking ‘Hit’ and may repeat it a number of times provided that the total value of his cards does not go beyond 21. If the total exceeds 21, it is known as a ‘Bust’ and the player loses that hand.

When the player is satisfied with his cards he clicks ‘Stand’. This is repeated for all the circles the player bets. When the player is satisfied with all his bets, the Blackjack dealer decides if he needs another card. The minimum value of dealer’s cards must be 17. The winner is decided when the dealer completes his hand. The player wins, if the total card value of the player is larger than that of the dealer, or if the dealer busts. If the card values of both the player and the dealer are equal, the hand is a ‘push’ and the dealer gets his bet back.

If a face/10 card with an ace is initially dealt in any hand, it is called a ‘Blackjack’ and whosoever has these cards, wins. If both the player and the dealer have blackjacks, it is a ‘push’ and the player gets his bet back. If the dealer’s exposed card is ace, the player can buy ‘insurance’ by placing additional bets. If the dealer gets ‘Blackjack’, the player wins twice his insurance bet. The player loses his insurance bet if the dealer does not have ‘Blackjack’. If a player gets two cards of the same value he can ‘split’ the cards and double his initial bet.
